Sea Air for the Ladies

We recently reported here about the considerable exhibition 'Against Invisibility. Women Designers at the Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau, 1898 to 1938’ at the Japanese Palais, Dresden.

Since this was an important presentation during her tenure as director of the art and craft museum Kunstgewerbemuseum Pillnitz, Tulga Beyerle took the show with her to Hamburg. Her new place of work, the MKG Hamburg now presents the life and work of these talented women to a completely different group of visitors up in the north. Undoubtedly one or the other of these is a client of ours. You, too, are cordially invited to view the exhibition. Perhaps Hamburg is closer or easier to reach - it's worth the trip.
